2. Non-Returnable Items

- Products that match the approved design and specifications but are no longer wanted (e.g., due to a change of mind).
- Items damaged due to improper handling or use by the customer.
- Orders delayed by third-party shipping providers or customs processes beyond our control, unless non-delivery is confirmed.
